Our take

Running any care practice can be difficult, with practice management, billing, analytics, and other back-office tasks leaving less time for workers to provide the best possible care. Whilst software platforms have been designed in recent years for healthcare clinicians to automate admin and leave workers with more time for their patients, these do not tackle the nuances associated with running an Autism and IDD care practice.

CentralReach provides Autism and IDD care software and services to care practices, offering its products to enterprises, small practices, special education departments, and neurodiversity employers. The company's products include tools for practice management, billing, autism and IDD learning management, and precision teaching, all of which are measured to drive performance through analytics.

Whilst care practice management platforms are nothing new, existing solutions generally focus on clinical or home care, whereas CentralReach has identified the need for a bespoke solution for Autism and IDD care providers. The company claims that by providing tools for the end-to-end care process, care providers can optimize the effectiveness of their care through data whilst minimizing admin.
