Who you are
- You have deep technical knowledge in the field of data and data architecture / engineering
- You will have experience in a start-up, scaleup or high-growth environment, ideally in the healthcare space, harnessing a large data set to provide tangible insights that the business can improve upon
- Qualified and degree educated HR/People professional with experience of working in both best practice and technology enabled, start-up environments
- Enthusiastic about driving change in an ambiguous and ever changing environment
- A highly resilient individual, with a strong work ethic, that will hit the ground running and manage complex issues and challenges
- Previous hands on engineering experience gained in multiple software languages, ideally; .Net Core, React & Python
- A credible and confident HR/People leader with strong influencing skills, able to own and champion best practice processes with a track record of mobilising change and delivering impact
- Natural thought leader, passionate about the future of work and close follower of organisations who are leading in new world culture creation of employee satisfaction and effectiveness
- Experience rolling out and leading on performance-based frameworks including OKRs
- Able to set a clear direction and be a role model within the function and the team that aligns with our business goals and OKRs

What the job involves
- Play a key role in our continued growth and globalisation of our products. Translating unstructured data into actionable, impactful healthcare insights, giving carers a much-needed edge all over the *globe*
- Develop an architecture to automate and streamline our constant influx of data, everything from a patient's general living tendencies to their medical records and notes
- Identifying the right way to build models and productionise them -get from a conceptual idea through to production of code. Working with students to come up with possibilities and up-skill the business to think in terms of data
- Work with medical researchers, doctors and other healthcare practitioners to access research and hone in on the specific data points that are going to be vital to the products success
- Build algorithms that find us the critical pieces of information among the masses which enable us to flag up problems and spot emerging patterns in a service users health
- The definition and ownership of the overall data strategy, with a constant focus on our products and how that strategy is best implemented to improve them
- Owning the extraction of our data insights to support each department in the company, how our users and customers can use them
- Collaborate closely with our technology and solution partners to ensure the business remains on the leading edge of technology and industry thinking
- Overcome the challenges of maintaining an efficient healthcare data management architecture which stays true to its original value and purpose
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate the business requirements into a technical output
- Manage, recruit, and motivate a small but high-performing team based in London
- Entrepreneurial Mindset -Constantly look at innovative ways our data can improve our products and care
- Provide leadership to the business on the most effective use of data both now and in the future

The idea was born from personal experience, after one of its founders experienced the crises of inefficiencies and outdated systems that come with trying to organise care for a loved one.
