Who you are

1-year minimum experience in IT Service Desk or equivalent role (such as Apple Store Genius Bar)
Experience with ticketing systems preferred
Knowledgeable about Apple product ecosystem (ACMT is a huge plus)
Surface level understanding about concepts like SSO, SAML, MDM, SCIM
Hands-on experience with Kandji, Slack Admin, OneLogin Admin, and Google Workspace Admin is a huge plus
Strong troubleshooting experience (Least invasive to most invasive methodology)
Identify recurring issues and escalate with a solution in mind
Attention to detail, self-starter, flexibility to changes in a rapidly growing and ever-changing startup
Excellent interpersonal communication skills over digital mediums with multiple cross-functional teams

What the job involves

Tier 1 tickets through our IT Service Desk, escalating to Tier 2/3 when necessary
Acting as a point of contact for end-users
Leading on-boarding presentations with new hires
Facilitating employee off-boarding and retrieval of assets from departing employees
Purchasing laptops and accessories for new hires
Provisioning access to SaaS applications
Documentation of issues found and employee-facing guides/troubleshooting
Asset managing newly deployed laptops and ensuring proper setup
