Desirable
- Previous experience of working in a start up/scale up environment - you’ll appreciate that working in a start-up is fast-paced and all systems go, so experience of working in a similar environment would be great!
What the job involves
- You'll take a lead role on Cuckoo’s design system ensuring it is high quality and fit for purpose as our products evolve
- You'll identify which customer problems to solve next and validate hypotheses on potential solutions via customer interviews, user tests & data analysis
- You'll be expected to take projects from ideation, through to research, design & development and then delivery and support others to deliver projects well
- You'll take ownership of the UX & UI across all our journeys
- You'll work closely with partner teams inc growth, technology and service to identify problems and deliver solutions
