Role
Who you are
- 1+ years in a B2B sales role
- A high performer with a track record of excellent customer care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain a complex product well
What the job involves
- You’ll join our Business Development team, responsible for driving growth in the number of companies across the UK using our product!
- You'll be responsible for signing up businesses who have registered their interest in our product and ensure a smooth onboarding once they’ve joined
- You’ll be the first point of contact for business owners, HR managers, & C-suite execs building strong, long lasting relationships and ensuring we’re transparent, informative & memorable!
- After full training, you’ll be a product specialist and have the customer walk away with confidence, knowing we have them and their employees’ best interests at heart
- In general, you’ll provide a 5-star customer service and make it an unforgettable experience for our customers!

Our take
New cars and vans powered wholly by petrol and diesel will not be sold in the UK from 2030. Because of this, there is expected to be a huge shift in the market towards electric vehicles. In 2021, hybrid and plug-in electric vehicles accounted for just 18.5% of car registrations, so there is a long way to go.
From 6th April 2020 the UK government introduced huge tax savings for people who lease an electric vehicle through their company. The Electric Car Scheme makes it easy for people to access these tax savings through salary sacrifice, essentially offering the Cycle-to-Work Scheme - but for electric cars.
Anyone looking to lease an electric car can use The Electric Car Scheme to get the tax savings. That’s 20-50% off of the cost of the car lease, which makes it much more attractive than petrol or diesel cars. The Electric Car Scheme has great tailwinds given the shift, and will be moving fast to try and capitalise on it.
