Who you are
- A track record of providing support, gaining a sense of accomplishment through assisting others
- 2+ years demonstrated experience in project management or similar (we welcome nontraditional avenues to this experience)
- Excellent organizational skills, thorough attention to detail and high accuracy across multiple streams of work
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
- Professionalism in high-pressure situations

What the job involves
- Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support
- Your role will involve coordinating the CEO’s schedule and handling various office and administrative tasks
- You will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, and exercising sound judgment in a dynamic start up
- Oversee the CEO’s schedule and provide logistical support- eg travel arrangements
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments
- Schedule and handle logistics for virtual and in-person company-wide meetings
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Support with broader office and administrative tasks as required
