Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with strong proficiency in Java/Kotlin
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem
- Solid experience (3+ years) working with Postgres, MySQL or other relational databases
- 2+ years of practical experience with Elasticsearch
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native development
- Familiarity with Liquibase or other database schema management tools
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git
- Experience working with distributed message brokers (e.g. Kafka, FireHose)
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools like Grafana or Datadog
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and server-side processes
- Good soft skills: communication in English, ownership, leading epics development
- Experience working with a global or multicultural team

- Experience in advertising technology
- Experience with Airflow and DBT for data workflows

- In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality backend services, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
- You will collaborate closely with product management, frontend developers, designers, and AdTech teams to build a robust backend architecture that powers our platform
