Who you are

5–8 years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience, preferably in SaaS
Experience supporting GTM or post-sales functions (Marketing, CS, PS)
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and reporting standards
Financial modeling and forecasting expertise
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with PS or CS Ops teams a plus
Experience with planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, Clari)

What the job involves

This role reports to the Head of Strategic Finance - GTM. You’ll be a strategic partner to functional leaders, responsible for planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across multiple post-sale functions
You’ll also own the PS delivery capacity model and support marketing pipeline and ROI analysis
Lead budgeting and forecasting for Marketing, PS, and CS teams
Support campaign ROI analysis and performance tracking
Build and maintain the PS delivery capacity model; partner with PS Ops on staffing alignment
Track and report PS margin performance and utilization
Forecast customer retention and expansion metrics in collaboration with CS leaders
Own headcount tracking and hiring plan alignment across marketing and post-sale teams
Provide insights and dashboards to drive data-driven planning
