• As the first point of contact with prospective customers, you’ll educate them on how Morty can streamline their business, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth
• Your work directly impacts our sales pipeline and overall company performance
• What You’ll Work On:
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (65-75 calls per day) to drive new business opportunities
• Engage prospects through phone, email, and social channels to qualify leads and set up platform demonstrations
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop territory strategies and optimize lead handoff
• Build deep knowledge of the U.S. mortgage industry and the day-to-day challenges faced by loan officers and brokers
• Communicate Morty’s value proposition: a fully integrated platform combining POS, LOS, pricing engine, lender marketplace, and back-office compliance support
• Stay sharp through regular sales training and apply best practices leveraging our sales methodology
• Track all activities in HubSpot CRM and maintain strong pipeline hygiene
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly activity and opportunity generation KPIs
• Report on weekly reports, both qualitative and quantitative
