3+ years experience in B2B sales and/or consulting in the FMCG environment
Very good German and English language skills

What the job involves

Responsible for existing customer management with a focus on customer loyalty and retention in the SaaS environment in the FMCG and Travel Retail sectors
Implementation and further development of existing sales strategies
Identify of cross-selling opportunities in the 1WorldSync portfolio to generate growth in close collaboration with the Account Executive
Enforce price adjustments for existing customers
Cross-departmental collaboration for the best possible customer benefit (e.g. Product Management, Professional Services)
