Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in partner/channel sales, or strategic account management
- You’re centrally located near a major metro hub with easy access to partners and public transportation, enabling regular in-person engagement
- Technical aptitude, able to understand integration architecture, APIs, cybersecurity. Experience in working with partners in cloud, CDN, infrastructure, or cybersecurity domain is a PLUS
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel; ~25% travel expected
What the job involves
- About the team: Reporting to our Director of Channels & Alliances, you will join the newly expanded Channel function alongside a global go-to-market team based across the United States, Paris & Singapore
- Your scope: As the Partner Account Manager you will be responsible for growing DataDome’s partner ecosystem in North America, more precisely the West Region. Ideally you will be located either in SF, Irvine, Phoenix or Denver
- Build and strengthen the partner bench by recruiting high-potential partners and developing existing ones into consistent revenue producers
- Work in close collaboration with the sales team to align on active opportunities, support deal cycles and accelerate partner pipeline contribution
- Build and execute joint business plan with partners (Solution Providers, SIs, VARs)
- Plan and execute partner-focused campaigns, co-sell motion, and demand generation
- Act as partner’s advocate internally; coordinating with sales, sales engineers, and marketing
- Forecast, track, and report partner growth and performance

The move to digital commerce and communications has many benefits for everyone involved, but it has also coincided with the rise of bot attacks - automated scripts which mimic human behavior for the purposes of fraud or disrupting a service. DataDome offers a solution, providing protection against malicious bots for an enterprise's mobile apps, APIs, and websites.
DataDome is one player in a heavily contested market and competes against the likes of PerimiterX and HUMAN. However, it stands out due to its machine learning engine which enables it to analyze all data requests within 2 milliseconds. This gives it the ability to operate in real time without increasing latency for customers using the client's services legitimately.
DataDome has secured backing in the form of enterprise customers, among which are the NYT, Reddit and Tripadvisor, all firms which are particularly vulnerable to bot attacks. It has also secured significant investment that is cited to fund global commercial rollout, as well as supporting accelerated R&D efforts that will ensure its offering stays well ahead of bot developers and fraudsters.
