Role
Who you are
- 1-3 years of experience working as a SaaS SDR or Staffing Recruiter, looking to progress their career in sales
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quarterly quota
- Experience working both inbound and outbound channels
- Proficiency in cold calling, email personalization, social selling, and being multi-threaded
- Passion for team collaboration, coaching, and seeing others succeed - the ability to lead training sessions for SDRs
- Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-starter attitude and motivated to learn and grow as a sales leader
What the job involves
- Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities, including but not limited to making 50+ cold calls per day
- Identify key decision makers within target accounts
- Qualify inbound leads and set up meetings with Account Executives (AEs)
- Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of target accounts and breaking into net new logos
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personal
- Schedule and lead meetings with AEs to align with them regularly on how to pursue prospective client accounts
- Ensure that all communications to prospects are done professionally with high-quality messaging

A recent collaboration with Bullhorn (an applicant tracking platform) shows exciting scope of expansion for the company whilst it continues to enhance its product.
