Who you are

1-3 years of experience working as a SaaS SDR or Staffing Recruiter, looking to progress their career in sales
Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quarterly quota
Experience working both inbound and outbound channels
Proficiency in cold calling, email personalization, social selling, and being multi-threaded
Passion for team collaboration, coaching, and seeing others succeed - the ability to lead training sessions for SDRs
Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management
Strong organizational skills
Self-starter attitude and motivated to learn and grow as a sales leader

What the job involves

Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities, including but not limited to making 50+ cold calls per day
Identify key decision makers within target accounts
Qualify inbound leads and set up meetings with Account Executives (AEs)
Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of target accounts and breaking into net new logos
Partner with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personal
Schedule and lead meetings with AEs to align with them regularly on how to pursue prospective client accounts
Ensure that all communications to prospects are done professionally with high-quality messaging
