Lead Frontend Developer, Veepee

• Proven experience as a lead developer or in a similar role with expanded managerial responsibilities
• Strong technical expertise in software developmentDemonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in guiding and mentoring developers
• Excellent project management skills, capable of prioritizing and allocating resources efficiently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of architecture, development standards, and coding practices
• Great knowledge of Vue (Option API)
• Git commands and GitLab Flow
• Basic knowledge of TypeScript

• We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer to take on managerial responsibilities within Development Studio
• This role entails a deep involvement in both hands-on development and team leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery while mentoring and guiding the development team
• Development Standards: Collaborate with other tech leads and architects to define and apply development standards, architectural guidelines, and coding practices
• Code Quality: Ensure code quality through the implementation of code reviews
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Performance & Scalability: Ensure high performance and scalability of the developed solutions, keeping in mind user experience and business requirements
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (primarily CSM, designers, and insights, traders, product owners, etc.) to ensure that development efforts are aligned with product and business needs
• Technical Guidelines: Maintain and develop technical guidelines for the team based on business needs, in close collaboration with the CSM, developers and designers

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the development team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Mentoring: Mentor and coach developers to enhance their technical skills, promote best practices, and encourage professional growth
• Team Collaboration: Facilitate team meetings (e.g., daily stand-ups, merge reviews, workshops) to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Management Rituals: Participate in HR cycles (FIT, TR, skill matrix evaluation, …) and the definition & assessment of OKRs with the support and coaching of the Lead IT
