- Experience working in a seriously fast-paced start-up (prefer early stage)

What the job involves
- You will join the founding data team, which consists of two machine learning engineers and one data scientist
- Everyone on the team will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the product team to build solutions
- The ML team will be highly autonomous and expected to ship results to production
- You must be comfortable moving and failing fast, this is not a research environment
- You must also be very close to the product and focus on solving real problems for our users and sellers
- Machine Learning Engineers at Tilt will work on ground-breaking new features for live commerce
- Ship end-to-end solutions to production, ensuring they scale to millions of users
- Build and own the ML stack
- Continuously innovate to position TILT as the leader in applications of ML & AI in live commerce
- Advise, design and build new features leveraging data & ML
- Communicate technical challenges to technical and non-technical team members
