Role
Who you are
- 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising with an understanding of the adtech landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM Software is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional business relationships through excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university preferred, or one to two years of related experience and/or training
What the job involves
- Media Planners work directly with Sales and Demand teams to plan and build successful proposals for online video and display ad campaigns that will run on the Magnite platform
- Work directly with sales and demand teams to understand client objectives and media strategies
- Oversee the planning and building of proposals for OTT, online video, and display ad campaigns
- Support the growth of a portfolio of accounts by troubleshooting and optimizing deals and proposing relevant upsell opportunities based on client goals
- Partner with the Sales team to win new business by creating competitive/strategic RFPs
- Oversee daily and weekly reporting for a portfolio of demand accounts across the Magnite platform to support troubleshooting, identify opportunities for deal expansion, and share insights with internal teams
- Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with cross-functional internal teams
- Strategically identify opportunities for account growth through data analysis and your understanding of clients’ KPIs
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Due to the rise in mobile and smart devices in recent years, the way in which advertisement publishers must format their ads is changing. A key example of this is TV, advertisements that present immediate calls to action within a Connected TV user interface, but publishing ads in such a format is currently inaccessible to most publishers.
Magnite provides a sell-side omnichannel advertisement platform for publishers, focused on facilitating the selling of advertising on all formats including CTV, mobile, desktop, and audio. In addition to facilitating the buying and selling of omnichannel ads, the company also provides a real-time ad performance dashboard, data protection and compliance tools, and insights into buying and selling patterns.
