Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of software sales with a proven track record as a top performer
- 2+ years of experience leading a high powered, primarily inside, sales team to stellar results
- Experience selling Vertical SaaS or a Platform Play preferred
- Successful track record of beating multi-million dollar annual team quotas
- History of hiring, developing, and promoting sales talent
- Working knowledge of sales engagement platforms like Outreach and conversational intelligence tools like Gong
- Inspirational and professional communicator on any medium (e.g. presentations, meetings, phone calls, email, social media)
- Fearless and effectual sales skill coach who can hold reps accountable
- High energy with the ability to establish trust and loyalty with your team
- Ability to work well with ambiguity, solve problems, and think on your feet
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to do what it takes
- Intellectual curiosity
What the job involves
- Manage, coach, and develop Account Executives leading to sound execution and on-target pipeline generation performance
- Monitor pipeline, forecasting, and team metrics to improve efficiency and conversion rates
- Optimize process and program management practices in conjunction with sales leadership
- Support Account Executives at any point in the duration of the sales process, which includes leaving your desk (or making a call) to inspire, real-time call coaching, and direct contact with contacts
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI goals
- Provide visibility and set clear expectations with the Sales Leaders via effective pipeline management, attentive people management, and accurate forecasting
- Develop strong working relationships with the sales leaders, peer sales managers, sales operations, and marketing leading to cross-functional success
- Create a culture of winning and continuous improvement

The real estate industry has been slow to innovate and leverage technology to create a more streamlined experience, compared to industries such as retail.
