What the job involves

  • We are seeking a Partnerships Manager (d/f/m) for our Berlin HQ
  • This role offers a unique opportunity to help scale our partnerships program to new heights, shaping how we collaborate with partners across EMEA
  • You will have responsibility for a range of projects requiring creativity and relationship building
  • Primarily, you will be responsible for closing, managing, and enabling consultant and advisory partners to successfully recommend and refer Leapsome to their clients
  • Identify and recruit new partners to join Leapsome's partnership program, driving growth and expanding our network in EMEA
  • Enable and onboard partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to successfully refer clients to Leapsome
  • Nurture and manage partner relationships throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring alignment and mutual success
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to include partners in marketing initiatives, such as event speaking opportunities and expert contributions to content
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover and follow-up on sourced opportunities, driving successful outcomes
