Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in brand, creative, or marketing leadership, ideally in high-growth B2B or AI-driven technology companies
- Deep understanding of AI — ideally having worked at or closely with an AI company, fluent in AI trends, tools, and narrative positioning
- Proven ability to build and evolve category-defining brands in complex or emerging markets
- Experience leading creative teams through AI transformation, driving massive productivity gains through automation and intelligent workflows
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and design sensibility — able to articulate complex ideas with clarity and emotion
- Data-informed mindset with a deep appreciation for creativity, culture, and authenticity
- Comfort operating in high-speed, high-growth, and often ambiguous environments
What the job involves
- We’re seeking a visionary Head of Brand & Creative — a bold storyteller, brand architect, and creative leader who understands AI at a deep level and can translate it into market-defining narratives that command attention and drive belief.leader who thrives at both setting strategy and ensuring operational excellence with an eye on AI
- You’ll be responsible for defining, amplifying, and protecting the Horizon3.ai brand — ensuring we are not just seen as an AI company, but as the AI-first security company. You’ll own the creative direction, brand architecture, and narrative strategy that puts us in the AI hype zone — with credibility, speed, and style
- You’ll also help transform how marketing operates — building an AI-native creative and brand organization that runs at a 10:1 efficiency ratio, using AI to automate, augment, and accelerate every part of the marketing lifecycle
- Architect the evolution of Horizon3.ai’s brand to clearly position us as the AI-first leader in cybersecurity
- Build a bold, differentiated narrative that connects Horizon3.ai’s technology and mission to the larger AI revolution
- Partner with the CEO, CMO, and Product leadership to define the company’s category language, story architecture, and brand hierarchy
- Lead all aspects of brand creative — from identity systems and visual design to campaign concepts, product launches, and thought leadership
- Create emotionally resonant, high-impact content that earns attention and drives influence across audiences (customers, media, investors, and talent)
- Drive an editorial and visual standard that reflects innovation, confidence, and authenticity — the tone of a true AI pioneer
- Reimagine how brand and creative teams operate by integrating AI tools and workflows across every discipline — copywriting, design, video, and operations
- Build a creative organization designed for AI leverage, not scale — achieving 10x efficiency and agility
- Mentor and develop creative talent who thrive in an AI-augmented environment
- Ensure brand coherence across every touchpoint — digital, product, events, campaigns, and internal communications
- Partner with growth, product marketing, and field teams to align creative strategy with GTM objectives
- Lead brand guardianship to maintain consistency as the company scales globally
- Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class creative team that combines strategic thinking, design excellence, and technical curiosity
- Foster deep collaboration across Product, Marketing, and Executive teams to ensure brand is infused into every part of the business
- Operate as both visionary and executor — able to shift between brand strategy and hands-on creative leadership seamlessly
