Role
Who you are
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on revenue generation
- Strong understanding of revenue models, pricing strategies, and revenue metrics in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry (will be a huge plus)
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through product strategies and initiatives
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of market research techniques and methodologies
- Familiarity with product development processes and agile methodologies
What the job involves
- Design and execute strategies to maximize revenue and optimize billing monetization for the 3Commas platform
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to define and align revenue goals, strategies, and initiatives
- Fully oversee and own the process of building monetization strategies and pricing plans
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new revenue opportunities and stay informed about industry trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective pricing strategies, including pricing tiers, discounts, and promotions, to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Analyze revenue metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the development team to prioritize revenue-focused product enhancements and ensure their successful implementation
- Monitor and evaluate the success of revenue optimization initiatives, using data-driven insights to recommend further improvements
- Act as a subject matter expert on revenue generation and monetization strategies for the 3Commas platform
Our take
Crypto trading can be a labour intensive and time consuming process, so 3Commas sets out to solve this problem with its automatic crypto trading platform. The platform allows users to trade continuously and automatically using trading "bots". Its centralised approach is designed to help users to stabilise their crypto earnings, with bots operating across exchange platforms like Binance and Coinbase.
Boasting over 220,000 users, the popularity of the platform is testament to the growing demand for faster and more accessible crypto trading solutions. Despite security concerns in 2022 over 3Commas staff leaking API keys, the company went on to enjoy substantial funding that same year. This is being used to improve its machine learning and expand its research and development team.
