Who you are

Previous experience in technical administration, with experience in onboarding, GDPR compliance, hardware and software purchasing, and database management
Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, database management software, and networking protocols
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Knowledge of GDPR regulations and other data protection laws
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work

What the job involves

Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including creating accounts, setting up hardware and software, and providing technical support as needed
Ensure GDPR compliance by managing data protection policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing training to staff on data protection regulations
Purchase and maintain hardware, software, and other technical equipment to ensure that employees have the necessary tools to perform their job duties
Manage databases, including creating and updating records, maintaining data quality, and performing regular backups to ensure data security and accessibility
Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues as needed
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical administration, and make recommendations for process improvements as needed
