Global Reward Analyst , ZEPZ

• Someone who is comfortable with every aspect of information analysis, from the number-crunching itself through to drawing out the story it presents and taking this through to solution suggestions

• Fully competent in spreadsheet modelling (ideally with experience of using GoogleSheets) with the ability to build complex formulae & create user-friendly data templates

• Work with our Reward Specialist to support the annual Reward programs and activities for our employees globally including, but not limited to, salary review cycles, benefit administration, incentive plans and salary survey completion
• Use data and insights to support People Team colleagues and the business to resolve queries, solve problems and to build our Reward reputation. You’ll also be able to apply this, along with your expertise, to help inform the design and development of our reward programs to enable us to deliver the right outcome for the business
• Provide high quality data analysis and be able to translate it into a story, drawing conclusions and making recommendations on next steps. You’ll create cost models and undertake reward reporting, working closely with our data experts in the People Ops team
• Apply a high level of attention to detail, at times preparing data to be included in RemCo and/or Board level reporting and recommendations
• Under the guidance of the Head of Reward, be our employee equity plans modelling specialist and will work closely with the Legal Team on a day-to-day basis to support ongoing share plan administration and input to reporting and RemCo papers
• Support our benefit plans globally, including participation level and cost analysis and from time-to-time, supporting our People Ops team with the provision of census data to providers
• Support our Reward Specialist in the Workday implementation project (Phase 1 due April 2021), perhaps bringing experience from previous system implementation
