What the job involves
- Educate and nurture: You will become an expert in Yon, the Cities we operate in and the benefits of living with a community of like-minded people in one of our stunning homes
- Stakeholder management: You will work proactively with internal teams, continuously providing input to marketing, ops and engineers on how we can improve the experience for our guests
- You will be measured and rewarded based on:
- The number of booking you make
- You conversion rate from enquiry to payment
- Your overall contribution to the business
