Product Manager, Tandem

• The Product Manager will be responsible for Product performance in their respective business lines, looking constantly for opportunity to boost customer experience and improve conversion
• Understanding the competitive environment as well as customer needs extremely well, the Product Manager will work with their cross-functional team as well as key stakeholders within their product areas to deliver new features and products to market, and iteratively improve our existing ones
• The Product team are responsible for the digital user offering within Tandem and work closely with the rest of the business, solving challenges supporting our mission 'to make it easier for people to choose a greener lifestyle'
• We sit as part of the wider Digital Function, which covers developers, data analysts, business analysts, marketeers, designers and more
• Defining the roadmap for Tandem’s proposition development in collaboration with Director of Product and Change, commercial Directors, and other stakeholders
• Using qualitative and quantitative data and insight to identify opportunities, test hypotheses and prioritise which ideas you’re going to build first to deliver customer and business value
• Working daily with your cross-functional team of developers, designers, data analysts to deliver against your agreed roadmap and KPIs
• Tracking key KPI’s to ensure products meet Tandem’s objectives as well as meet customer needs
• Regularly reviewing customer feedback and complaints. Partnering with Operations and Engineering to ensure that recurring and material issues are swiftly addressed through enhancements
• Being an advocate for user-centred design of products and propositions
• Working with stakeholders from Risk, Compliance and Legal to ensure all products and features adhere to relevant regulations and deliver good customer outcomes
• Working with stakeholders from Finance and Commercial to ensure the Savings product meets business objectives and specific KPIs for your team
