What the job involves
- To coach and guide the Business Analyst team, whilst assuming core tasks of a BA for delivery of an outcome.
- To support the Business Analyst team ensuring efficient and effective methods and toolsets used, that people and process impacts are considered and enabling sharing of knowledge across the team.
- To support the resourcing demands across the Business Analysis Team
- To help review and improve ways of working within the team across both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Make recommendations on the most effective delivery methodologies for each initiative.
- Assist with high level scope, impacts, estimations, dependencies etc for ideas and initiatives.
- Support the business analyst manager in impacting the pipeline of work into the team and ensuring
- Act as a proxy to the product manager/ business Lead as the key SME and decision maker, when required.
