Who you are
- 1+ years of customer facing experience in a Customer Success, Account Management or Professional Services role, preferably in a software or Sales/Marketing environment
- Experience in fast paced and high growth companies
- Experience managing 50+ accounts
- Deep understanding of the needs of growing businesses and a strong business acumen
- Hands on experience with Marketing Platforms (e.g. Drift/HubSpot/Salesforce/Outreach)
- Solid knowledge demand generation funnels and tactics used at each stage within the funnel
- Energetic and concise phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
- Familiarity partnering with Marketing and Sales Leaders to drive adoption
- Familiarity with managing high volumes of customers
- Strong sales fundamentals, business & sales acumen
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team environment
- Tech savvy and eagerness to learn new technology and practices
What the job involves
- A Customer Success Architect is a technical CSM heavily focused on in-product knowledge and expertise, hands on support, and overarching alignment on goals & objectives
- The CSA is our singular point of contact that delivers customer success and professional service responsibilities for customers within our Foundations segment
- Work directly with customers and partners to create and optimize Drift chat workflows for customers with a paid professional services package
- Monitor client performance and address any open issues to ensure timely resolution and great customer experience
- Partner with customers to understand the language they use to market and sell their product, and adopt and evolve this messaging for use in Drift chat workflows
- Develop a solid understanding of your customer’s marketing and sales tech stack, including the information that flows through it to be pushed into and pulled out of Drift to drive accurate attribution
- Work closely with the product and engineering team to influence new product features and functionality based on customer feedback
