• We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimisation of paid digital marketing campaigns across key performance channels
• Reporting to the Performance & Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, improving return on ad spend (ROAS), and scaling growth through data-led decision-making
• You’ll monitor performance daily, run structured experiments and collaborate with Content and Product teams to deliver high‑performing assets and cohesive campaign experiences
• Support the planning, day-to-day management, and optimisation of paid performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Monitor campaign performance daily and improve results through ongoing optimisation of keywords/search terms, bidding strategies, budgets, targeting, ad copy, and creative
• Assist with budget pacing and allocation across channels based on performance trends
• Build and run structured A/B tests and experiments across messaging, creative, landing pages, campaign setup, and audience targeting
• Track and report on key performance metrics and funnel progression (lead → qualified → customer), ensuring data and attribution remain accurate and consistent
• Collaborate with Content and Product teams to deliver high-performing assets, landing experiences, and campaign rollouts
