What the job involves
- Our team is looking for a positive, high-energy, and organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Executive Team.
- The EA will be the primary administrative resource for our CTO, CFO, CMO, CPO, and Chief Merchant, acting as a liaison and ensuring smooth communication between our senior leaders and both internal and external stakeholders.
- We're looking for someone passionate about our mission and excited to be a part of our rapidly growing company
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for members of our C-suite including: managing calendars; collaborating effectively with others to coordinate multiple, cross-company scheduling needs; monitoring and responding to emails and Slacks; organizing travel and agendas
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming requests and concerns addressed to the C-suite team where appropriate, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
- Serves as a strategic partner to our C-suite, having a pulse on the business, and always coming up with proactive and creative solutions that are best for the entire business
- Assists the C-suite in creating presentations and coordinating off-site events, leadership meetings, and company-wide meetings

Thrive is disrupting that chain with a subscription based online grocery store that has a curated range of organic and non-GMO groceries, beauty and cleaning supplies. Members pay a fee and are rewarded with an extra 25-50% off regular retail prices, paying wholesale instead. Banking on the mainstream adoption of organic foods and with the long term effects of GMOs under heavy scrutiny, Thrive Market is enabling people to make healthy lifestyle choices without breaking the bank at traditionally more expensive shops like Whole Foods.
As well as considering an IPO, Thrive Market has also recently partnered with rePurpose Global to fight plastic pollution as well as with Beyond Meat, a particularly smart move because the vegan and meat reduction market shows no signs of slowing; as more people want to put their dollars towards products that are cleaner, safer and support the health of the planet.
