What the job involves
- At deskbird, you’re not joining a volume-driven outbound machine, you’re stepping into a company where your impact is visible from day one, your progression is tied to performance (not tenure), and your work directly shapes how we scale across Europe
- You’ll be at the heart of our DACH expansion strategy, partnering closely with Demand Generation and Sales to build pipeline, shape regional growth initiatives, and directly influence our success in the market
- We’re a leading workplace management platform, backed by $23M Series B funding and trusted by global brands. But what makes us different is how we operate: founder-led, fast-moving, and deeply focused on building a high-performance culture without the corporate politics
- Build and execute outbound strategies across the DACH market (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Identify and break into high-value accounts with tailored, relevant messaging
- Create pipeline that converts, not just volume that looks good on dashboards
- Partner closely with AEs on account strategy to win deals, not just pass leads
- Experiment constantly: test messaging, channels, and approaches to improve performance
- Contribute to shaping how outbound is done at deskbird as we scale
Our take
Swiss-based Deskbird is on route to become Europe’s leading workplace management platform that allows companies to create ordered but flexible environments.
The company has adopted a unique approach to workplace management, offering the first workplace software built around users instead of buildings. Along with standard functionalities like booking resources, the tool that has brought the company unique success is the ability, via mobile app, to identify who of their employees are in the office and thereby schedule meetings accordingly.
Following 2025 funding, the company will invest capital into extending reach across European markets, with a particular focus on expanding its presence in the UK. And it's 10 year plan is to be to workforce management what Salesforce is to CRM. A lofty goal, but the company is certainly setting itself up to achieve this in due time.
