Role

Who you are

  • We are seeking a highly driven Account Executive to spearhead deskbird's expansion into international markets with a particular focus on France
  • At least 4+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS Account Executive role focusing on outbound motion
  • Proven track record in pipeline generation, lead development, and closing outbound opportunities
  • Near to native-level fluency in French, both written and spoken, with excellent English skills
  • Strong understanding of the French business culture and market
  • A passion for outbound sales and new business development, with a high level of autonomy

What the job involves

  • In this role, you will play a pivotal part in generating new business opportunities by identifying and creating outbound prospects, while also managing and closing inbound leads
  • Your expertise and proactive approach will support B2B clients in optimising their hybrid work environments, helping to expand deskbird’s footprint in the French market
  • Build and manage a robust outbound sales pipeline, generating new opportunities through targeted prospecting and outreach
  • Own the entire sales cycle—from identifying and engaging prospects to closing deals successfully
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and position deskbird as the solution to their hybrid work challenges
  • Close both outbound and inbound Mid-Market and Enterprise deals with efficiency
  • Drive deskbird's expansion in France by proactively identifying business opportunities and establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Lead the positioning of deskbird in French market, increasing brand awareness and driving demand
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets by executing effective outbound strategies and adhering to sales best practices

Swiss-based Deskbird is on route to become Europe’s leading workplace management platform that allows companies to create ordered but flexible environments.

The company has adopted a unique approach to workplace management, offering the first workplace software built around users instead of buildings. Along with standard functionalities like booking resources, the tool that has brought the company unique success is the ability, via mobile app, to identify who of their employees are in the office and thereby schedule meetings accordingly.

Following 2023 funding, the company will invest capital into extending reach across European markets, entering the US market, and to allow expansion of its product offerings.
