Who you are

We’re looking for a full-time full-stack engineer proficient in our modern JS/Typescript stack
You follow an AI-first development approach; having hands-on experience with AI technologies is a plus. You’ll work closely with our CTO and founders
You’re a JavaScript/TypeScript generalist across web and cloud, comfortable thinking end-to-end
You leverage AI daily to continuously optimize your development process—for both speed and quality, and you’ve worked with AI infrastructure before (e.g., LLM/GPT APIs)
You’re proficient in our stack (Frontend: React, TailwindCSS; Backend: NestJS, Typescript, Postgres)
You have a growth mindset and feel at home in the ambiguous, evolving environment of a scaling company
Strong communication skills in English; comfortable working closely with users and stakeholders

What the job involves

You’ll work closely with our CTO and founders. Expect real responsibility, quick decisions, and openness to very creative approaches—we’re not a dusty B2B company; we innovate through our product
Build product features end-to-end in our modern stack: TypeScript, React, Nest/Node.js, PostgreSQL
Design, prototype, and iterate on AI-powered flows (tooling, retrieval, agents, orchestration, evals)
Push the boundaries of our development approach—ship fast, measure impact, and raise quality
Collaborate closely with founders, design, and GTM to turn user feedback into delightful product

Process: ~3–4 hours across 3 interviews. If possible, at least one interview in person in Hamburg or Berlin, Germany

Hamburg-based Valuecase is a platform providing enhanced digital buying and onboarding experiences for customers, helping to boost the overall success of B2B companies.

It is often the case that the buying journey for B2B businesses is one that is complex and overwhelming, due to growing buying centers and too many options. Valuecase is helping buyers by providing an integrated solution that works to speed up the sales process and increase the conversion rate to create a straightforward buyer-seller collaboration.

The company has gained considerable investments from multiple organisations and angel investors. Valuecase is using the capital gained to invest in enhanced automation and analytic capabilities as well as looking to further develop its go-to-market strategy and product development. Alongside its already notable international presence, Valucase is on its well on its way to giving B2B teams the customer insights and collaboration tools they need.
