Role
Who you are
- 15+ years of experience in demand generation, ABM growth marketing roles, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful campaigns in a B2B technology company; 7-8 years directly managing a global team
- Significant experience developing and leading global, large-scale demand and customer retention programs with experience using a variety of digital marketing channels to drive lead gen and account engagement
- Expert in using analytics to measure campaign performance, extract insights and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and pipeline impact; in-depth knowledge of marketing automation ABM and CRM platforms with the ability to leverage these tools for segmentation, lead nurturing and campaign execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex campaign strategies, performance reports
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, including product marketing, brand and agencies to align effort with business objects and ensure seamless execution of campaigns
What the job involves
- Leads the Digital Marketing function and directs a multi-discipline management team that is responsible for driving the right audience to Equinix digital properties and converting prospects into the lead funnel through a defined user journey and experience
- Lead Equinix’s global campaign strategy; building scalable demand generation and customer campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
- Design and implement account-based-marketing programs at scale through digital motions and collaborate with Field Marketing and sales leadership to extend through in-person efforts
- Create programs and initiatives across the entire customer lifecycle, from nurture to activation and adoption to cross-sell and up-sell, including localization
- Oversee the endo-to-end execution and delivery of campaigns including audience segmentation, creative development, content distribution and performance tracking
- Analyze campaign performance and use data to refine and optimize campaigns, providing regular performance reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Coach, guide and mentor a global team and manage relationships with agencies and vendors; collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, Product Marketing and Operations teams, as well as cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams
