Role
Who you are
- We are seeking a dynamic, strategic,and results driven Cloud Partnerships Director to join our partner ecosystem team
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to the partner. Collaborate with the partner to identify joint business opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies and drive the successful execution of these strategies
- Familiarity with the global Data Integration market, technologies and partner ecosystem
- Familiarity with co-selling engagement models
- Experience building successful go to market campaigns with Snowflake, Microsoft, MongoDB, and Databricks; and their respective System Integration and Technology partner channels
- Proven track record of driving Partner Sourced bookings via managed partners
- Prior quota carrying direct sales experience
- Experience devising and negotiating global strategic agreements with System Integration and Technology partners
- High caliber of experience in performance tracking. Monitor and report on the performance of the partner(s) including key metrics such as revenue, solution adoption, capability and capacity
- Advocate for the partnership, ensuring their requirements and feedback are reviewed and supported
- Strong presentation and writing skills with demonstrated executive presence
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working in a start-up environment strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel 20% of the time
What the job involves
- We collaborate with our cloud partners and ISVs to create and deliver world-class cloud solutions and services that drive value for our mutual customers
- The Cloud Partnerships Director will be responsible for enabling and driving joint go to market strategies with Snowflake, Microsoft, MongoDB, and Databricks, in support of SnapLogic's company growth objectives
- Specific focus will be on engaging the ecosystem to identify joint use cases and drive associated sales through field co-selling
- Develop a strategy to enable and engage existing partners and/or identify and recruit new associated partners (e.g. dedicated System Integration or Technology partners of the Cloud Platform partner) to achieve required growth objectives
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan that drives all aspects of partner portfolio results including: executive interlocks, enablement, certification plans, solution development, partner marketing and demand generation
- Collaborate with virtual team members in sales, marketing, pre-sales, finance, legal and consulting to achieve desired outcomes
- Effect an appropriate balance of partner sourced bookings and certified delivery capacity

The rise in the use of cloud software suggests room for innovation in enterprise technology. However, companies continue to use legacy software and architectures, reluctant to update their systems due to associated costs and complexity.
SnapLogic builds integration platforms for enterprises that allows for the parallel usage of both legacy and cloud apps. This prevents full migration being a necessity, and allows enterprises to monitor and connect both legacy and cloud technologies together to optimize their systems.
The startup currently provides solutions for around 750 enterprises including Adobe, AstraZeneca, pwc and Sony. Investment from Sixth Street Growth, bringing the company to a valuation of over $1B in 2021, has accelerated international expansion and widened the number of partnered enterprises. The latter has included decisions intelligence leader Stemly, which has leveraged SnapLogic's no/low code data platform to enhance its own machine learning.
