Revenue focused, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns driving measurable pipeline success

What the job involves

We are seeking an innovative, revenue-focused Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Growth team
In this pivotal role, you will own our performance marketing program, driving Enterprise pipeline volume through high-impact paid media campaigns across channels
Through close collaboration with the Sales team, you will launch ABM campaigns, thoughtfully nurturing leads at each touchpoint in the customer journey from first touch to close-won
Lead and scale high-performing paid media campaigns across search, social, and other emerging digital channels to drive efficient pipeline generation with Enterprise leads
Own and execute a robust Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) roadmap, continuously improving landing pages, messaging, and creative assets to maximize conversion
Successfully implement and scale targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, boosting enterprise account lead volume and engagement
Manage campaign tracking, reporting, and forecasting methodologies to ensure data-driven decisions and actionable insights
Improve inbound ROI through strategic budget management, reducing cost per opportunity, improving pipeline value, and achieving efficient customer acquisition cost (CAC)
Drive continual performance improvement by proactively identifying opportunities based on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices
