Who you are
- The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence
- 5-7+ years of experience in strategic operations and/or program management, including 1-2 years of people management experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and driving operational improvements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Bonus if you have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Strategic Operations to lead and oversee our strategic initiatives and operational functions
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness across departments
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement, proposing innovative solutions to enhance operations
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define, refine, and communicate the company's strategic vision
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance decision-making processes
- Develop standardized templates and comprehensive documentation that support our governance framework, empowering cross-functional teams and stakeholders to leverage efficient and consistent processes
- Drive change management initiatives by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure operational objectives are met

Having started with a simple product for consumers, the company has now built out an impressive enterprise offering with over 100,000 business customers.
