Growth Manager, Applovin

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, engineering, or computer science)
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/Pandas, and Excel and comfortable working with large data sets
• Thorough understanding of data structures
• Significant experience in data analysis in an online environment, with direct exposure to scoping and executing analytical projects end-to-end
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, uncover insights, and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated experience applying statistical methodologies to real-world problems
• A natural curiosity to explore the “why” behind the data and drive innovative solutions
• Strong prioritization skills to manage competing demands and deliver results
• Flexible team player who can use drive, creativity, and initiative to move the organization forward
