- Strong project delivery and execution capabilities

- Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, or hybrid delivery environments
- Ability to remain calm and effective during high-impact migration events
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Experience managing a network or telecom migration project (required)
- Telecom industry experience is desirable but not required
- Networking knowledge or certifications are a plus but not necessary
- API/Agile/SCRUM experience preferred
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
What the job involves
- Enterprise Wide-area networking is primed for a new paradigm and Graphiant is leading the way. We're delivering a complete Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) platform built for agility, performance, and scalable innovation. As we continue to scale, we're seeking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee large scale telecom migration efforts
- As Network Migration Project Manager you will focus on execution, coordination, and outcomes ensuring that complex migration activities are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal customer impact. You will work closely with engineering, operations, customers, and external partners to keep the program moving and risks tightly managed
- Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
- Own end-to-end delivery of a large-scale telecom network migration program
- Build, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, vendors, and customers
- Drive accountability and execution across multiple parallel workstreams
- Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and change requests
- Ensure readiness for migration milestones, cutovers, and go-live events
- Lead regular project status meetings and provide clear stakeholder communications
- Support Agile and SCRUM delivery practices while maintaining overall project governance
- Ensure consistent documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Our take
Increasingly distributed workloads and network complexity have resulted in an SD-WAN networking problem plaguing many companies today. Graphiant is solving this problem by eliminating the need to build bespoke networks between every resource. Its Stateless Core connects resources by handling all routing through an encrypted edge-to-edge portal that delivers SLA-grade performance with MPLS-level connectivity.
While there is no shortage of Network-as-a-Service solutions on the market, Graphiant enables customers to quickly purchase and provision connectivity networks, thus eliminating traditional reliability on a mix of hardware and network services. Essentially, this means it combines the best aspects of hub and spoke with the benefits of a meshed network.
The company continues to launch new features, such as a data assurance service that offers complete control and visibility for data across the business network. It was also recognized with a 2025 Merit Award for Telecom in the Edge Computing category, continues to make impressive partnerships, and recently joined Mplify (an alliance of organizations collaborating to accelerate the AI-powered digital economy.)
