Role
Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales within the data domain, including 5+ years as a direct quota-carrying enterprise SaaS representative
- A proven understanding of the SaaS business model, business strategy, and market development, with strong analytical and business modeling skills
- A track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market
- Demonstrated success in selling data/ML software solutions, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Expertise in competitive analysis, market dynamics, product, and technology trends within the industry
- A passion for product, technology, and creating exceptional customer experiences
- The ability to lead, influence, and deliver results in a complex technical and business environment
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of leadership, both internally and externally
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment, with a focus on execution and results
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Willingness to travel as needed
What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, MLOps Sales to lead our efforts in promoting JFrog’s end-to-end ML solution, powered by the JFrog ML platform, as the premier DevOps/MLOps solution in the market
- The Head of MLOps Sales will develop and execute JFrog MLOps sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase JFrog's market share
- Working closely with the VP of MLOps Sales, you will help establish a vision and strategy for MLOps sales, build and lead a product overlay sales team, and foster strong relationships with customers and partners
- Be the first overlay in the North America sales organization, focused on selling JFrog MLOps solutions and equipping the team with the resources, tools, and training to succeed
- Help shape the MLOps Sales strategy to achieve revenue growth, market share, and expansion of JFrog MLOps Solutions
- Be responsible and accountable for direct quota and revenue targets for JFrog MLOps Solutions in North America
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to inform product development and sales strategies
- Represent JFrog at industry events and conferences, enhancing the company's brand and driving new business opportunities
- Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers in target markets
- Build trusted executive relationships with sales leadership, acting as a liaison between the sales organization and other departments within JFrog to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the region
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales
- Work with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal) to translate business and product strategies into opportunities for expanding JFrog’s footprint and growing the business
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and create action plans to improve sales productivity and efficiency

Although people expect their software to be updated continually, unobtrusively and securely, in practice this isn't often the case. JFrog was founded in 2008 with a mission to change the way companies release software updates, providing an automation-first platform for collaborative DevOps.
While there are other collaborative DevOps platforms in the market, such as Docker Hub, Azure DevOps and Kubernetes, JFrog stands out with its use of REST APIs to automate the development pipeline, and its combination of DevOps and DevSecOps (development security) in a single platform. This has helped JFrog grow a client base of thousands of companies, which includes firms such as Dell, Netflix, Facebook and the majority of the Fortune 100.
JFrog has enjoyed rapid growth throughout the wider slowdown in the tech sector. It has been focusing on its security product since its acquisition of IoT security specialists Vdoo in 2021, and this has culminated in strong sales for its recently-released security product. It will continue to focus on developing its product and is on track to achieve its aim of becoming the de-facto standard for update management.
