Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- You know what a delightful product feels like
- Experience owning complex product surfaces with high usage and visibility
- A track record of working cross-functionally and driving alignment across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating fast-moving, early-stage environments
- A strong sense of product quality—and a desire to build tools that are both powerful and elegant
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead one of the most foundational and high-impact areas of Boosted.ai, the Alfa product where investment teams collaborate to get more done
- You'll report to the Chief Product Officer and be responsible for setting direction across complex product surfaces and partnering closely with engineering and design to drive fast, high-quality execution
- As the Product Manager for our the core experience, you’ll shape the primary user experience for Boosted.ai as we continue deliver a delightful and powerful experience
- Your work will help redefine how these teams operate and play a key role in achieving Boosted.ai vision of empowering investment teams to win by eliminating time-intensive tasks and elevating high-value work
- Lead a core area of the Boosted.ai product, driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality, impactful features quickly
- Deeply understand customer needs, from fast growing hedge funds to large asset management firms, and translate them into clear product direction
- Help Boosted.ai expand from one of many AI tools into the go-to interface for asset managers
- Navigate tradeoffs between performance, polish, and complexity as we scale
Our take
Gaining insights from the analysis of large quantities of financial data is essential for investment managers to create value within their equity portfolios, but there is only so much data that teams of humans can analyse. Robo-advisor investment tools leverage AI to boost scope and advise smart investment moves, but current solutions generally exist for individual investors as opposed to retail investment managers.
Boosted.ai provides an AI-driven investment platform for retail investment managers, leveraging machine learning algorithms to learn an investor's expertise, model it, and offer investment decisions to enhance portfolio outcomes. Portfolios are ranked based on the user's goals, Sharpe ratios, and risk assessment, and are analysed through the human-interrupted AI system without requiring any coding, data science, engineering, or specialised hardware.
Whilst the concept of AI assistance in investment is nothing new, Boosted.ai has taken a unique stance by encouraging the human-interrupted use of its tools specifically by retail investment managers. Furthermore, the company is aiming to increase the availability and accessibility of such software by taking a no-code and data-free approach.
