What the job involves

We are looking for a German speaking Customer Success Intern to join our young and ambitious team starting in February 2025
At Agriplace we develop deep relationships with our customers, by understanding and acting upon their challenges
Your main responsibility is assisting the customer success team in keeping our customers satisfied by listening to their needs & wants
You manage the onboarding of new customers data and supply chain
Helping and developing new initiatives that will allow our team to improve our relationship with our customers

Our take

Agriplace delivers a platform to help buyers in the agriculture space streamline their supply chains for cost, simplicity and compliance. Granting access to a wealth of farm data, it empowers users to make the best choices while freeing them from lengthy research and vetting processes.

The platform features automated data collection and checks on certificates and lab analyses, with a portal for each supplier to share their documentation. On top of this, it is able to search and retrieve certificates from sources such as GLOBALG.A.P., GRASP, Tesco Nurture, SIZA, BRC and Planetproof.

These capabilities combine to make the platform a strong choice for those who want to make their processes more efficient without risking compliance. As the agriculture industry finally begins to warm to digital operations, there should be a good amount of opportunity in Agriplace's future.
