Who you are

Bachelor's degree in business, operations, fashion or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (docs, spreadsheets, slides)
Experience in or passion for the fashion industry is a plus

What the job involves

Junior Operations at FLYP plays a critical role in the day-to-day running of the business. You will be responsible for assisting the operations team in the planning, coordination, and execution of operational activities.
Oversee the entire order fulfilment process, from receiving and processing orders to shipping and delivering products to customers
Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and improve overall business performance
Stay updated on the company's sustainable manufacturing process and educate customers on the benefits of FLYP's sustainable business model
Help develop and implement policies and procedures to improve internal efficiency and productivity
Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to the operations team
Help resolve operational issues and problems as they arise, such as stock shortages, shipping delays, and customer complaints
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation, including inventory levels, order tracking, and customer service inquiries
Manage relationships with manufacturing partners, acting as the key point of contact for account growth and issue resolution
