Who you are

Proven experience in software quality assurance, ideally within Agile teams
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including test automation frameworks and tools like Appium and Playwright
Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript for frontend testing and Java for backend testing
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps is preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

What the job involves

Contract Length: 5 months (Starting August)
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join the team supporting our client’s digital transformation initiatives
This role involves designing and executing test plans, automating tests using tools like Appium and Playwright, and collaborating closely with developers and product owners within an agile environment to ensure high-quality software delivery
Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases across web and mobile platforms
Identify, document, and track defects, working with developers to resolve issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and acceptance criteria
Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Appium (for mobile app testing) and Playwright (for web application testing)
Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines with automated testing
