Who you are

General business training and you have at least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position internationally and in the sale of services and equipment
Successful business experience in the field of sensors or/and on any of the Worldsensing sectors: Civil engineering, Oil & Gas, Mining, Environment
An engineering degree is a plus
A strong geotechnical background will be a strong advantage for this position
Native French speaker
Fluent in English
Being fluent in Spanish is nice to have
Available to travel at least 40-50% of the time

What the job involves

We’re looking for an outstanding Product Sales Area Manager (France & Africa) to join the Sales team
Reports to: VP Sales
She/He will make sure that the products are made available in the international markets she/he is responsible for by having a clear view of what will be the customers need for each month and help the business predictability
To identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from different countries (France and African continent). The 2 different areas will be Civil Engineering and Mining
To plan, design, develop, and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements
To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing new customers
Ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, and sales, and within the given time scales
To constantly review the distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management
