Role
Who you are
- We are seeking an emerging product marketing expert who craves to be part of a great company in a large, fast-growing market segment ($45B TAM)
- 8+ years of product/solution marketing experience
- Ideally, experienced in marketing for App Dev Platforms, Cloud, Integration, BPM/Process automation or AI/ML (but not required)
- Very strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent people skills to interact with peers, colleagues, customers and cross-functional teams, and third parties
- You should have an understanding of how to read software markets, as well as an understanding of core PMM skills
- This includes the concept of value selling, experience with sales enablement, campaign content creation, and program tracking
- The successful candidate is a strong individual contributor with the skills to enhance and support the team around them
What the job involves
- The Sr. PMM will drive a cross-enterprise positioning and messaging effort for one of the newest and fastest growing solutions within ServiceNow – hyperautomation solutions
- The individual will be able to drive a solution selling-based GTM strategy, collaborating closely with other product marketers, product management, campaign leaders, and sales

- Work with customers, product, campaigns, sales, marketing, and partner teams to execute high-impact and collaborative marketing programs
- Drive positioning and messaging, GTM programs, and content for Automation, Integration, and AI to support the long-term growth of Creator Workflows
- Collaborate with product management, solution sales, solution consulting, and across marketing to deliver differentiated and engaging marketing content and influence appropriate inclusion across campaigns inside and outside of the BU
- Support content needs for sales plays, conferences, product launches, etc
- Participate in social marketing and blogging activities to drive awareness
- Build and optimize ServiceNow hyperautomation web presence and digital pipeline
- Drive internal alignment with extended product marketing teams and industry marketing

The company was founded in 2004 with a vision to build a cloud-based platform that would enable regular people to route work effectively through the enterprise.

It has succeeded in claiming half the market, setting itself apart from legacy IT service-management software players like BMC Software, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Cherwell Software and CA Technologies.
The company's success comes from two product traits: simplicity and customisability. ServiceNow's IT tools don't require the IT department to set them up. Once running, they offer a single collection centre for requests, data points and checklists, all of which can in turn be analysed by algorithms to predict needs, flag concerns and measure efficiency.
The company has more than 7500 customers, including 80% of the Fortune 500 list of the United States' largest corporations. ServiceNow now looks to increase its revenue threefold in upcoming years and has entered into a 5-year partnership plan with Visa, beginning with the launch of a Visa-integrated dispute resolution solution for issuers. The company is prioritising organic growth over mergers and acquisitions, with a target revenue of $15 billion, something which its Visa partnership will no doubt aid in achieving.
