Senior Platform Product Manager, Helix

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on platforms, analytics, or related technologies
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex technical products
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance
• Strong problem-solving skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a “get stuff done” attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience managing products built with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Working knowledge of Agile

• We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Platform Product Manager to join our dynamic team and help us elevate our internal data platform to the next level. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, operations, privacy, and business stakeholders to deliver platform solutions that drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence
• Define, build, and optimize the data infrastructure and tools that provide the foundation of our analytics and business intelligence capabilities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, operations, privacy, IT, and internal business stakeholders to deliver platform and data solutions that drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence
• Ensure the protection and privacy of highly sensitive patient data by enabling robust data governance infrastructure
• Own the roadmap for the operational data model that serves business intelligence needs
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable platform requirements
• Develop and communicate a clear platform vision and strategy in alignment with company goals
• Create and maintain a detailed platform product roadmap that outlines key initiatives and deliverables
• Lead and participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure a steady flow and success of the team’s work
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to define technical requirements, ensure timely delivery of features, and manage project timelines
• Promote best practices for data management, security, and compliance in collaboration with the engineering team and other product teams working with additional data types
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding platform product updates, timelines, and feedback
• Use insights to influence product decisions and keep the platform ahead of and in tune with company demands
• This is an internally-focused product role, where the outcomes directly impact the capabilities and scalability of all engineering, product, and operational teams to deliver against company OKRs during a critical time in Helix’s growth
