- 3+ years of experience in a HR Generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced technology company
- Strong understanding of employment law, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications

What the job involves
- We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our People Team at Cubic Telecom
- In this multifaceted role, you will support various departments, ensuring the seamless execution of HR programs and policies
- You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, fostering a positive employee experience and contributing to a vibrant workplace culture
- Engage with leaders to understand their goals and challenges and provide HR solutions that support business objectives
- Support all employees by providing guidance and addressing their queries and concerns
- Support our Senior HR Business Partner with ER issues
- Support on initiatives for employee development and career progression
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops for both employees and managers
- Analyse survey data to identify areas for improvement in order to enhance employee engagement
- Stay updated on HR best practices and employment law to ensure compliance
- All other ad hoc duties
