Role
Who you are
- You have 5-15 years SRE, Production engineering, DevOps experience
- You are comfortable working in a startup environment and taking on projects and seeing them through fruition
- Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (such as Terraform, Ansible, etc)
- You have a strong familiarity with AWS services (e.g. ECS, S3, ALB, VPC etc)
- You have a strong familiarity with one or more programming languages (Python, Golang…)
- You bring a wealth of experience architecting, developing, and troubleshooting large scale systems
- Experience with data structures and Linux systems internals (e.g., filesystems, system calls) and administration
- You have knowledge in containers and orchestration using Kubernetes
- Experience building production quality cloud infrastructure that enables reliable and rapid deployment of large-scale systems with effective monitoring and resilient operations
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)

- This role will have a strong influence in defining our engineering best practices and deployment process
- You will help automate the continuous integration, and testing processes that will set us up for scale
- You will maintain and manage infrastructure
- You will own, design and implement monitoring systems such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Optimize Linux systems for performance, reliability, and security
- You will own our configuration management process and build occasional product features as appropriate
- Dig into logs and monitoring data to find the root of a problem and strategize with our engineers on a solution
- Participate in an on-call rotation
