Who you are

5+ years with management experience in e-commerce and marketing
Extensive knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics
Ability to analyse data and convert insight into actions
Solid understanding of SEO & performance marketing
Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer obsessed approach
Experience in leading website design, UX and digital development
Enthusiastic, can-do attitude and always striving for excellence in every aspect of your work
Experience working in a small, founder-led team but work well autonomously, and be a team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management and coordination with external agencies
Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment

What the job involves

Create and implement a dynamic digital strategy across e-commerce, performance and CRM marketing to drive sales growth and increase conversion rate
Manage and execute daily digital operations with the wider team including preparing collections to launch on site
Collaborate closely with the creative team to secure content to be used across marketing channels, including campaign, ecom and video assets
Collaborate closely with merchandising to align digital strategy and calendar to ensure timely and successful collection launches and promotions
Own the ecommerce calendar and manage the end-to-end delivery of activity to meet sales targets and ownership of the content side of D&D's website
Oversee performance marketing channel activity ensuring all channels meet ROAS and CAC targets through continuous testing and optimisations
Build and lead an innovative CRM strategy to increase customer base and promote loyalty
Contribute to the development of the overall marketing budget and its management, particularly the performance marketing budget
Lead and manage external digital agencies; performance marketing and web development
Analyse and report on KPIs weekly
Oversee D&Ds new brand website development ensuring best ecommerce practices throughout
Continuously identify opportunities to drive growth - driving brand awareness, user engagement and customer insights
