Who you are
- 1-3 years relevant work experience
- Familiarity with helpdesk software
- Fast learner
- High level of organization competency
- Ability to stay focused and on-task for several hours at a time
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 software is preferred
- Experience in a direct-to-consumer environment is preferred
What the job involves
- In this role, you’ll be the voice of a trusted brand that helps pets feel better at every stage of life
- This role reports to the Customer Care Manager and is a 40-hour per week, hourly position
- Your primary responsibility will be helping support customers over email (immediately after training period) and phone (after 30 days of successful email support)
- Available shifts: Monday - Friday 9:00am ET – 5:30pm ET or Tuesday - Saturday 10:00am ET – 6:30pm ET
- 3 month contract plus potential extension
- Company provided laptop and headset for the duration of the working period
