Who you are
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Sales Operations Analyst to join our team
- This is a high-impact position well-suited for someone with a passion for data integrity, strong technical skills, and an eagerness to support strategic growth through operational excellence
- 1-2 years of professional experience in business analytics, sales operations or data/reporting roles
- Excellent visualization and storytelling skills to explain your results and solutions to the stakeholders, clearly and compellingly
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Fast learner; curiosity about and passion for data
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic, data cleaning)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM Systems
- Experience with BI or Data Automation Tools is a plus
What the job involves
- In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Senior Leadership to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights that support business decision-making
- Leverage Curative’s extensive datasets to support business leaders with Sales KPIs, Activity Metrics, and Revenue Performance
- Collaborate with a team of Sales, Operations and Strategy to define and lead data projects from data ingestion, integrity, analysis and future efficiency recommendations
- Play a key role in creating ad-hoc and evergreened reports for sales and client analytics

Doximity provides an app to connect physicians to one another, so they can stay on top of medical news and in touch with their peers. Establishing itself as the "LinkedIn for Doctors", it has become the largest community of healthcare professionals in the US, with a large majority of doctors, NPs & physician assistants among its verified members.
Though there are other platforms out there connecting physicians, Doximity appears to be regarded as the leader in this space, boasting a large and established presence. Amongst its successes is the fact its "Doximity Dialer" platform has twice been recognized as 'Best in KLAS’ in the Telehealth - Video Conferencing Platforms segment at the KLAS awards.
The company has significantly grown its revenue in recent years, primarily through allowing drugmakers to promote products and services to doctors, and acting as a recruitment tool for medical systems. The company is currently focused on developing its product, increasing its utility through integrations with health record systems and adding AI administrative tools. It is well poised to achieve its ambitious goal of attaining $1 billion in annual revenue by 2028.
