Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of email marketing experience, preferably within a B2B environment, focusing on lead generation and nurture
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM compliance
- Experience working with Email Service Providers (ESPs), CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.) and building customer journeys
- Understanding of HTML and CSS
- Experience in CRM best practices, including segmentation strategy, list hygiene, end-to-end campaign management, automation optimization, testing strategy, and template creation
- Excellent project management and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Proven ability to proactively identify and resolve challenges
- Experience collaborating effectively with colleagues in virtual environments across different time zones

- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies
- Proven ability to develop and execute highly successful email campaigns that exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Experience with data visualization tools and creating compelling data reports
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms beyond basic campaign execution (e.g., advanced segmentation, predictive modeling, journey orchestration)
- Experience with email marketing in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
- Passion for email marketing and a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies
What the job involves
- The Email Marketing Campaign Manager will be a key player in driving customer engagement and revenue growth through innovative and impactful email campaigns
- You will report to the Director, Content Marketing, you will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Performance, Creative, and Sales teams to develop and execute data-driven email strategies that deliver exceptional results
- The Email Marketing Campaign Manager will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships by crafting and executing engaging email campaigns that nurture leads, reactivate lapsed prospects, and foster long-term client loyalty
- This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting and impactful projects, such as developing AI-powered personalization strategies, creating interactive email experiences, and implementing innovative email marketing campaigns that align with Epsilon's overall business goals
- Gain in-depth experience in all aspects of email marketing, including strategic planning, execution, data analysis, and optimization
- Master the use of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms to streamline workflows and improve campaign effectiveness
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify key insights, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI
- Develop a strong understanding of data-driven decision making and how to leverage data to inform and optimize email marketing strategies
- Enhance collaboration and communication skills: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, and Creative, to ensure successful campaign execution and achieve marketing objectives
- Gain valuable experience: Contribute to the development and execution of high-impact email marketing campaigns that directly impact customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation for Epsilon
